Polyethylene pipes PE100 RC RENOVATION VRC BLUE pipes:

  • are produced with blue PE100 RC polyethylene (MRS 10 MPa) characterized with high resistance to cracking (resistance to slow crack growth SCG>5000 hours according to the ISO 13479 test and FNCT>8760 hours according to the ISO 16770 test);
  • have characteristics which conform the EN 12201 and ISO 4427 standards with an application field concerning the supply of water for human consumption, including transport before treatment;
  • satisfy the national hygiene and sanitary regulatory guidelines of most European countries (Ministerial Decree 21/03/73 and Ministerial Decree no. 174 06/04/04 in Italy);
  • conform to the requirements of the EN 1622 standard for the organoleptic properties (smell and taste) of supplied water;
  • conform to the DVGW GW323 and PAS 1075 technical specifications for installation without a sand bed;
  • guarantee an extraordinarily high standard of safety thanks to the excellent tolerance to surface scratches and point loading, ensuring an exceptionally increased life time;
  • constitute the ideal solution for problems linked to laying pipelines, contributing to the global reduction of installation and maintenance costs for underground networks (up to 50% saving as compared to traditional laying), while maintaining the advantageous characteristics of polyethylene pipes such as lightness, flexibility, simple installation.

Polyetylene pipes PE100 RC RENOVATION GAS VRC+ multilayer :

  • are produced with three co-extruded layers of PE100 RC polyethylene (MRS 10 MPa) characterized with high resistance to cracking (resistance to slow crack growth SCG>5000 hours according to the ISO 13479 test and FNCT>8760 hours according to the ISO 16770 test);
  • are characterized by orange external and internal layers and an intermediate black layer (the external layer being 10% of the whole thickness);
  • have characteristics which conform the EN 1555 and ISO 4437 standards with an application field concerning the distribution of gaseous fuels;
  • satisfy the national regulations of most European countries (Ministerial Decree 16/04/08 and 17/04/08 in Italy);
  • conform to the DVGW GW323 and PAS 1075 technical specifications for installation without a sand bed;
  • guarantee an extraordinarily high standard of safety thanks to the excellent tolerance to surface scratches and point loading, ensuring an exceptionally increased life time;
